Water absorption by wood and MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) is an important issue which causes swelling in their structure and gradually destroys them. Hence covering such surfaces with various coating and dyes is a beneficial alternative.  Nanotechnology provides us to use some low cost colloidal compounds for this matter in order to make wood and MDF stuff water-resistant.

Product Use Instructions

  • Before coating, the surface of the work should be clean and free of any grease, dust and completely dry.
  • If there are any old paints, rub the surface and then cover.
  • Mix the solution thoroughly and then mix 3 parts of it with 1 part of water with a hardness of less than 300, or distilled water, and run on the surface with a pad or brush.
  • For better performance, it is recommended that two to three hands be applied over a surface of 20 minutes.
  • To completely dry the coating and increase its strength, place the surface at ambient temperature for at least 24 hours.

Maintenance

  • Soluble in closed containers. Store in a indoor warehouse and dry place at 35-5 ° C.
  • Protect frost.
  • After each use, take the container lid firmly.
  • Shelf life: Under shelter conditions it can be used for up to one year.
