Nanobubble Technology is an emerging highly efficient technology to disperse different gases such as air, oxygen, ozone, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and so on into the liquids. Nanobubbles as their name implies, are extremely tiny gas bubbles in the liquids. These bubbles have several unique physical properties that make them very different from normal bubbles. Some remarkable of these properties are nano-scale bubbles size, large interfacial surface area, long life span in water, high internal gas pressure, negatively charged surface and formation of hydroxyl radicals.

Nanobubble generators transfer any gas into various types of liquids with near perfect efficiency via a unique two-phase gas transfer system. These devices generate trillions of nano-scale bubbles which increase the interfacial surface area significantly. Nanobubbles have minimal buoyancy and they disperse throughout a body of water due to the Brownian motion. This device generates trillions of nano-scale gas bubbles. These bubbles have several unique physical properties which the most remarkable of them are large interfacial surface area and long life span in liquid.

  • The nanobubble generator is designed and manufactured based on a fluid with properties similar to water as well as free from of solids and abrasives, non-viscous, nonaggressive, non-crystallized and chemically neutral materials.
  • Please make sure that the generator is filled with water and inlet/outlet valves are fully open.
  • To turn on nanobubble generator just pushing on/off button.
  • It is recommended that the nanobubble generator works for 5 minutes without opening the gas valve. This will increase the lifespan of the device.
  • Avoid any possible out-gassing substance near the device in case ofusing ambient air toproduce air nanobubbles.
  • Adjust the gas flow rate at an indicated level which are determined by the manufacturer. The fine adjustment can be made at the site as the best adjustment pressure, flow rate and etc., by skilled and authorized experts of company.
  • To turn off nanobubble generator, at first close the gas inlet valve and then after push on/off button.

  • Avoid rough handling and placing things on the device.
  • Make sure to connect the ground wire attached to the plug.
  • Avoid opening the electrical enclosure.
  • The nanobubble generator must be kept in dry place, away from heat and protected from dust and vibrations.
  • Avoid using the nanobubble generator for more than 5 seconds while the inlet/outlet valves are close.
